Your information and your report

You can explore the demonstration and complete example report before sharing any of your own documents.

Start with an enquiry

The free-report form asks for your email address and an optional name. It does not ask for client names, site addresses, payment details or assessment files. See our website privacy notice for how enquiry details are handled.

Use a redacted example for template setup

We’ll ask for your template and a recent example in Word or PDF. Remove client details and anything confidential first. A blank template is a useful starting point; we can discuss what else is needed when we reply.

Check document properties, photographs, captions and attached material as well as the main text. If a file is not yours to share, obtain the appropriate permission first.

Discuss the arrangements before a live assessment

Before you share live assessment material, we’ll discuss the setup for your trial, access to your files, how AI processing is used, retention and deletion. You can ask to use fictional or redacted material for a dry run first.

Contact [email protected] with any requirements your business or client has for handling assessment information.

You review the draft

FRAwrite helps with report writing. You carry out the assessment, provide the observations and make the professional decisions. AI-generated wording can contain mistakes or miss context. Check the draft against your findings, make the necessary changes and approve the final report before issuing it.
